In this Lunch and Learn, Gary Ashworth – businessman, serial entrepreneur, investor, coach and media commentator – explains how you can start to think about scaling your business and the type of mindset needed to make growth.

Getting the phase of growth right can lead to an ‘all you can dream of’ outcome – with the right team, a clear plan, marketing that outpaces your competitors, and the assertive execution of urgent goals.

Key takeaways from this session:

  • The importance of a 1,000-day plan

  • Figure out who is helping you on your growth journey

  • What got you to where you are now won’t necessarily get you where you want to be
