I’m a business strategist, coach, and founder of Market & Me. I help business owners ditch the guesswork, take control, and grow with clarity - without working 24/7 or second-guessing every decision.

With 20+ years in retail, hospitality, and leisure, I’ve worked with startups, independents, and SMEs, leading on operations, marketing, and performance strategy. I’ve also helped shape some of London’s biggest commercial spaces - including Westfield Shopping Centres and TfL’s 2,500-property estate - so I know what makes a business work from both sides.
