Operations or departmental manager level 5 (Apprenticeships+)

The operations or departmental manager level 5 apprenticeship is a great opportunity for learners who want to develop their skills, knowledge, and behaviours in delivering operational plans, managing resources effectively and lead and develop talents within their department.

This apprenticeship is for those managers who are at the beginning of their role in professional management, and for those who may already have acquired practical experience but want to develop their theoretical understanding of management skills. This apprenticeship will build and enhance the learners core management skills so they can lead in challenging business environments.

This apprenticeship is for:

• For those who manages teams and/or projects, and achieving operational or departmental goals and objectives, as part of the delivery of the organisation’s strategy
• Prior experienced in a managerial role desirable
• Designed for operations or departmental manager

CCCT runs this programme over 21 months, with a learning period of 18 months and an end point assessment (EPA) of up to 3 months.
