This event, East London Borders, runs on the fourth Thursday of every month and aims to provide the opportunity for you to meet and expand your network with other business owners in and around the London and Essex borders.

This monthly networking opportunity focuses on issues arising in Havering, Redbridge and Barking and Dagenham, but all members are welcome.

During the networking, each business has a chance to introduce themselves and freely network with other attendees in the breakout rooms. Each session includes a short presentation/sharing session on a topic of interest to small businesses.

This month, we welcome Mark Webb, and the title of his talk will be "What's the worst that can happen?".

As an SME, you may be aware of, and indeed practice, After-Action Reviews (AAR), retrospectives and post-mortems of your work and projects. But while hindsight is great for pulling learning from failure – “you win, or you learn” – why wait until after the action? Mark, from AGame Masterminds, will share some tools we can use to learn before the brown and shiny stuff collide.
