Business workshop series: Business model innovation

This five-week programme will help business owners understand their current business model in depth, identify its strengths and weaknesses and interrogate it to prepare for growth.

From Monday, 8 July to Monday, 5 August 2024, you will learn to:

Gain an understanding of what to do and to avoid when drafting and launching a business model for scale
Learn how to use financial and market analysis to evaluate the best case and best use of a business model for the business
Produce a refined business model to support business improvement and growth

Programme sessions are delivered online, via Zoom, on Monday evenings from 6.00 pm to 8.00 pm.

Eligibility requirements

Your business must have been trading for at least 18 months
Your business must have generated at least £50,000 in revenue since you started trading
Your business must have at least two employees (full-time or part-time, as PAYE staff or consultants)
